My last posting was about my falling down.  This one is
about another kind of opportunity for spiritual growth: let's watch
a video, and then discuss it, right here in the comments to this
journal entry.

I won't comment directly -- at least not here and now -- on your decision not to post your thoughts about the video. I will comment, instead, on what you did post.

If I understand correctly, you are telling us that you felt scared.

To say that is, itself, a brave thing to do.

Perhaps, in doing so, you have made real progress in your quest for increased open-heartedness.
